Galaktlan

The group was founded in 2005 by Taavi Laatsit, who has been active in the estonian electronic music scene for more than a decade. He is best known by his solo project Galaktlan with 2 albums released under this moniker. The main idea of Galaktlan Grupp was to play electronic music composed by Galaktlan totally live, without any sequencers or computers. For now, the group has developed further than that, introducing its own point of view in electronic live music. The sound of Galaktlan Grupp is psychedelic, but very melodic with elements of space rock and some refers to prog rock and early electronic music.
