    Information for Customers and general Terms and Conditions.

    Customer Registration

    Only the registered customers are able to order goods and/or services from the online shop. In order to register a user is obliged to provide following contact details: name, surname, permanent address, e-mail address and phone number. The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information to the Company. The contact information might be changed or updated when necessary in the My Profile section.

    The termination of registration must be requested in written form at eshop@wilsonic.sk. Confirmation about the registration termination will be sent within 48 hours from request sending.

    Services and goods

    The following services/goods may be ordered by registered customer:

    • tickets, e. g. to music events micro.Wilsonic and Wilsonic Festival
    • services/goods of selected partners, e. g. CDs, DVDs, air tickets, clothing,
    • accommodation, individually or in the package with the tickets, or other goods/services of selected partners

    The order cannot be cancelled and/or changed when already confirmed or paid by the customer. The Company is not liable for any loss of order while being shipped by the Slovak Post. The Company is not liable for any loss of order in case of technical disruption as the Internet connection, Mobile Operator connection or any other technical device disruption of the Customer.

    Payment Method

    The following payment methods may be used:

    • Internet banking systems: VUB ePlatby, TatraPay, SporoPay and OTPpay.
    • Master Card debit/credit card internet payment.
    • VISA and Diners’ Club debit/credit card Internet payment. You will be charged by 4 transaction credit card fee on top of the goods/services price. Cards issued by any bank or financial institutions are accepted.
    • PayPal Internet payment method. You will be charged by 4 transaction fee on top of the goods/services price when using PayPal.

    All the prices are in € (EUR), incl. VAT.

    Transaction Process:
    All information transferred to and from third-party payment services are SSL-encrypted with an industry standard encoding.

    Contact Information:
    All the information transmitted during the ordering process shall only be used for providing the services stated in the Terms & Conditions.
    Under no circumstances your personal details will be passed to third parties or used for any commercial purposes.

    Delivery

    • tickets to music events are delivered via Print@Home service.
    • goods (e. g. clothing, CD, DVD) are shipped by post to the address stated in the order.

    Complaints

    It is possible to complain about the ordered and purchased services or/and goods (e. g. tickets, clothing, CD, DVD) only in written form (a) by sending a registered post to holoda : skalnik s.r.o. P.O. Box 241, 810 00 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, or (b) by sending an e-mail to eshop@wilsonic.sk. The complaint shall be processed not later than in 30 days after receiving.
